The EMPRESS OF ASIA concluded a Pacific crossing upon reaching Vancouver on April 9th, 1923. A passenger list of 450 was reported.
At Victoria a group of passengers from Japan disembarked en route to Seattle.
P. B. Navarasth, en route to the United States as Minister of Siam, accompanied a party of 8 students from Siam destined to attend school in the United States.
