March 24 1934 - Notable Passengers

The EMPRESS OF ASIA, commanded by A. V. R. Lovegrove, began a Pacific crossing upon sailing from Vancouver on March 24th, 1934.  The ship carried 200 passengers in all classes and a full cargo of Canadian products for various ports in the Far East.
